D.III Spa Management

Spa management program is designed to train students to be professional personnel at middle management level in possesion of favorable personality, thorough knowledge and skills in dealing with spa management and operations.

The students learn how to provide the basic techniques as a spa receptionist and therapies, customer services, to manage human resources, to market products and services, to manage human resources, to manage costs and expenses, and to prepare the financial reports and operation analysis.

The program enables the students to reach managerial positions in the spa industries.
