D.II Food & Baverage Service

This program is designed to train students to be professional personnel at supervisor level in Food and Beverage Service Department in possesion of favorable personality, thorough knowledge and skill in dealing with operations.

The students learn how to prepare the restaurant and bar set up, to provide customer service, to handle the guest bill, to clean and maintain restaurant equipments, to lead and supervise staff.

The program enables the students to reach position as supervisors in cruiseship, hotel, villa, appartment, independence bar and restaurant, and catering companies.
