D.II Food Production


This program is designed how to train students to be professional personnel at supervisor level in Kitchen Department in possesion of favorable personality, thorough knowledge and skill in dealing with operations.

The students learn from the basic skills of a cook, producing quality foods with the highest standard of sanitation and hygiene, cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipments and premises, until leading and supervising staff

The program enables the students to reach position as supervisors in cruiseship, hotel, villa, appartment, independence restaurant, and catering companies.
